Office deliveries
Meals arrive at your reception or a designated drop point, labelled by name and grouped by office for easy hand-out.
Missed deliveries
If we can’t reach you in the delivery window, we’ll contact you by phone to sort it out.
Changes & skips
Adjust or skip any day before the Sunday 6pm cutoff. After that, the week is locked in with the kitchens.
Weather
Deliveries run in normal conditions. If severe weather causes a delay, we’ll let you know.
