Delivery Policies
📋 Corporate Deliveries
For office deliveries, meals are delivered to reception or designated pickup areas. Bulk orders are organized by company/department for easy distribution.
🏠 Home Deliveries
Residential deliveries are made to your doorstep. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order during the delivery window.
⚠️ Missed Deliveries
If you miss your delivery, we'll attempt contact via phone/SMS. Uncollected meals may be subject to additional delivery fees for re-delivery.
🌧️ Weather Conditions
Deliveries continue in normal weather conditions. In case of severe weather, we'll notify customers of any delays via SMS/WhatsApp.
