Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Daylimeal provides subscription-based food delivery services for authentic Ghanaian cuisine to customers in Accra, East Legon, Airport City, and Cantonments.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer Standard (GH₵300/week), Premium (GH₵600/week), and VIP Treat (GH₵1500/week) subscription plans. All plans include 5 meals per week, delivered Monday through Friday.

3. Delivery

Meals are delivered between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM on weekdays. Delivery areas are limited to specified zones in Accra. Customers must be available to receive deliveries or designate an authorized recipient.

4. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance. We accept mobile money, bank cards, and bank transfers. Failed payments may result in service suspension until resolved.

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel or pause subscriptions at any time through their dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Food Safety & Quality

We maintain strict food safety standards. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions must inform us in advance. We cannot guarantee complete absence of allergens.

7. Limitation of Liability

Daylimeal's liability is limited to the cost of the affected meal or service. We are not responsible for indirect damages or consequential losses.
